1. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made online, in person, or by calling (610) 761-1864. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to ensure your child is comfortable and prepared.A parent or guardian must accompany children under 18 during the appointment.Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours in advance.Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a deposit requirement for future bookings.Parties and special events require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

3. Services Provided

All haircuts include wash, cut, blow-dry, fun seating (cars or gaming stations), video entertainment, lollipops, balloons, and a mini-cure for themed vehicles may vary slightly by availability.Styling and party packages may require advance notice or booking deposits.

4. Health & Safety

We maintain a clean and sanitized environment. All tools and chairs are disinfected after each use.Children with visible illness symptoms may be kindly asked to reschedule.Our stylists are trained to work with children of all temperaments, but we reserve the right to decline or pause services if a child becomes distressed or uncooperative.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed on our booking platform and are subject to change without notice.Payment is due at the time of service via cash, credit/debit card, or accepted digital payment methods.Tipping is appreciated and goes directly to your stylist.

6. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.Special offers may have expiration dates or be limited to specific services.

7. First Haircut Experience

For first haircuts, we provide a certificate and lock of hair as a keepsake. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to opt into this.

8. Glamour Parties & Birthday Packages

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve a party slot.Final headcount and any custom requests must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.Party deposits are transferable if rescheduled with proper notice.

9. Liability

Enright Corp is not responsible for personal items lost or left behind.While every effort is made to ensure safety and satisfaction, Sharkey’s is not liable for minor injuries or allergic reactions related to hair or nail products.

10. Privacy

Any personal information collected (for booking or communication purposes) is handled according to our Privacy Policy.We may take photos or videos for promotional use with verbal or written consent from parents or guardians.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
